Make sure they're both set to peer-peer mode and on the same channel. Also,
set the SSID the same on both cards.
At this stage, don't bother with WEP, at least until you get a basic
connection working. :)

I now seem to have two working cards in two machines but they won't talk to
each other (Ricoh/enterasys). I have installed the enterasys client
software, what settings should i use (Channels, modes etc)? This is the
first time I have tried this so anything may be of use. Is there a setup
guide somewhere online?
