Well, given the range and Shannon's Law, I highly doubt that this gear can
be kept within the existing unlicenced rules. That would mean either a rule
change or a requirement for systems to be licenced, or perhaps a new Class
Licence specifically for this kind of stuff. Alternatively, telcos with
spectrum licences may jump into it (since they already have their slice of
spectrum to play with).
