[MLB-WIRELESS] Effective Range of a Radio Link

Could anyone please point me in the right direction both in terms of 
hardware and working documentation on the effectiveness of a radio link
over a distance of 10 - 15Kms.  We are looking at needing a link speed
ov at least 3Mb/sec.   Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated
