[MLB-WIRELESS] National IP allocation and routing scheme??

I think this is something that should be looked into in these early stages.
The sooner we have a national addressing scheme, the better.  It will save a
lot of hassles later on.

Probably something for the WGAddressing/Routing to look into. :)
