Hello KevinL,

Under the current situation between Adelaide and other areas, they
keep people from doing silly things, such as placing nodes into the
ocean... as well as making sure the information is as up to date and
correct as possible, they will also cop emails from users that have
changed email accounts wanting to know passwords, and they have to be
capable of deciding if the person requesting it is genuine or not, as
they effectively could be handing over all sorts of personal details
with it...

Basically anything a user has access to, they have access to system
wide...
