there is no license requirement to
a. share data between ourselves
b. provide internet access to members
where it gets grey is
c. providing internet access to non-members
although it does seem like this is ok on a non-profit basis.
I'm still waiting to see something in writing that confirms this, but
Steve's phone conversation with someone at the ACA legal department
seemed to confirm this. Sometime after the conference this week I
will attempt to get that in writing.
