[MLB-WIRELESS] Enterasys2Orinoco - A quick HOWTO

G'day everyone,

A quick note for the people who have purchased the Enterasys 802.11b cards:
I've collected some of the drivers and firmware update files you'll need to
flash your card to the most recent version of the Orinoco firmware. There's
also a step-by-step set of instructions on how to do it.
