In summary, 100mW is very low power and normal field strengths are well
within guidelines set by organisations such as WHO. I'm guessing that if
you decide to break the 4W EIRP rule though, and then think it would be
fun to sit directly in front of your 30dB antenna that it mightn't be
all good....
