[kernel-xen] Server with 16GB of RAM only sees 800MB after kernel-xen-3.11.1-1.el6xen.x86_64 install

Here's another oddity: xm dmesg posts the correct RAM amount:

(XEN) System RAM: 16356MB (16748692kB)
