[kernel-xen] Server with 16GB of RAM only sees 800MB after kernel-xen-3.11.1-1.el6xen.x86_64 install

All,

Anyone else run into this one? Just installing a new server and the 
server standard kernel sees all 16GB of memory, however after installing 
kernel-xen-3.11.1-1 and doing a cat /proc/meminfo we are only seeing 
MemTotal: 786920 kB

Any ideas? Is there a parameter that can be used on the kernel /xen.gz 
line of the grub.conf that will force the kernel to see all the memory? 
The server is CentOS 6.4 x86_64.
