[kernel-xen] Upgrade to Xen 4.3 - opinions wanted.

 Perhaps put 4.3 packages into a separate repository? That way
 those that want to stick to 4.2.x can, but those that want
 to upgrade to 4.3 stack can enable the 4.3 repository which
 will have higher package version numbers so it will supersede
 the 4.2.x packages while allowing any common packages in 4.2.x
 repository to be used when using both repositories.
