[kernel-xen] Upgrade to Xen 4.3 - opinions wanted.

This I'm not sure of. While there isn't much of a change visible, I'm 
unsure how people that use the API etc would be affected by an automatic 
upgrade to 4.3.

I welcome opinions and views on this from the list on how it would 
affect their specific operations...
