This can happen if you run out of RAM while the kernel RPM is installing
- sadly, it fails silently. I've found that giving a Dom0 1Gb of SWAP +
1Gb of RAM never fails.

If you use less than this on the Dom0 (say 512Mb RAM, zero swap) then
the kernel can silently fail the install.

If you have less than 1G/1G assigned, try increasing these and 'yum
reinstall kernel-xen' to see if it completes successfully then.
