[kernel-xen] NR_CPUS limit in kernel, only recognize 8 processers

i use 3.8.3_1 on a server with 24 processers, but with

$cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep processer

i only get 8 processers.

$dmesg  shows me

NR_CPUS / possible cpu limit 8 reached, ignore ***


After digging this on google, it seems to be a config for kernel when
compiling.

Does the new version of kernel fix this?

or there is other solutions?
