[MLB-WIRELESS] FW: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

For what its worth, I've talked to the upstream network provider and
done a temporary fix for outbound mail.

This affects both the mailing list and the *@melbournewireless.org.au
mail servers.

Hopefully this should fix the delivery of mail until a perminant
solution is implemented.
