Hi All,
Coming up at the next general meeting (second Friday of August) I will be
bringing along a trailer load of excess stock and equipment to sell off to
the highest bidder!
ALL PROCEEDS GO TO MELBOURNE WIRELESS - 100% (less credit card transaction
fees - if any)
Over $8000 worth of gear, ready to clear for just a few hundred dollars all
up :-)
Among the items for clearance are such things as:
- 29dBi dual polarity 5GHz dish antennas (6 of) - slight dings on
the edges easily panelbeaten out! Retail price is over $200, starting bids
from $25!
o http://shop.duxtel.com.au/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=dsh
- 30dBi grid antennas with dual polarity feedhorns - grids are not
dual polarity, but will work find as signal pol - starting bids from $2
- Full boxes of 14dBi 2.4Ghz antenna enclosure - old stock,
superseded model, brand new, almost $600 value - starting bids from $25 per
box
- RB1200 rack mount PowerPC router - factory repaired, perfect
working order - retail value $400, starting bids $35
- See below for the full list of stuff available
Bids accepted from anyone attending, but there is one catch: Financial
member bids are worth double non-financial members.
It works like this: At the end of the bidding process, if the winning
bidder is a financial member of Melbournewireless, they pay only half of the
bid price.
Non-financial members buy at their full bid price.
If there are no bids on the reserve price, bidding will go down - all the
way to zero. A $0 bid of a financial member takes precedence to the $0 bid
of a non-financial member.
Credit card payments will be accepted on the night - minimum Credit card
payment amount = $10
Questions are welcome,
SEE YOU THERE!
