tried changing the wep on the SVEC to 65 65 65 65 65, and entered in ASCII 
values of AAAAA on the minitar, to see if that would make a difference, but 
that has not helped either.

Unless their are any other suggestions, I think I'm stuffed.  (I'm unable to 
replace the SVEC AP's, as people are already coinnecting to them using other 
SVEC units in client mode, with WAP, and changing it over to a minitar will 
cause everyone running SVEC units to be disconnected).

Questions:

Rob - if I can't get this working, I've just ordered more equipment from 
you, including another Minitar AP. Would it be ok if I sent it back to you, 
and you refunded me the amount for the minitar? They're relatively useless 
to me if WEP isn't going to work correctly. (I'd also suggest that you may 
want to put up on your review page for minitars that their is an issue with 
WEP connections).

Anyone - Can anyone suggest (relatively inexpensive) AP's that can:connect 
to SVEC units in client mode - that will connect successfully when WEP is 
enabled with external antenna connection. (Or let me know where I could buy 
more SVEC units from). It's a real shame these are off the market, as these 
are wonderful units.
