commission that they take out (they have to make money somehow).  Most of us
would be funding payments direct from credit card (my Paypal account has no
credits, for instance :) ).

I have used them as a buyer, and it's quick and convenient for making
payments.  I have no experience of Paypal as a seller/vendor.
