[MLB-WIRELESS] P2P Text/video/Audio chat?i

Hi Mark,

I've only used the peer-to-peer function in linux, but saw some notes in the
docs saying that the projects it depends on are currently not working on
windows (avahi/zeroconf/bonjour etc). I'm sort of curious now, so I might
have a play with it myself and see if I can get it going.
