[MLB-WIRELESS] DWL-650 issues

Hello,

I am trying to install an old pcmcia card, Dlink DWL-650.

I need this in order to run WLANEXPERT with its VSWR meter.

I have the driver from the Dlink website, 173f, install software, plug 
in card, OS sees new hardware, names
it as dwl-650, installs ok and even appears in Device Manager.

However that is it,  there is no client utility, WZC cant see anything.

I have tried XP at Win98se both to no avail.

Any ideas?
