[MLB-WIRELESS] Help with Lucent WaveLan card and Linux (or DOS) for a specific purpose?

I've used Puppy Linux for this type of application.  And used a 3com
802.11BPCMCIA card I got off ebay for $5.  Puppy Linux has drivers for
most
wireless card chipsets.
