[MLB-WIRELESS] Access point for a Cafe

Hi Guys,

I am doing some research on suitable access points for a cafe.

What I am after are commercial or open-source-on-cheap-hardware solutions
that will provide the following:

- Access control via password on a webrowser
- Session time limits
- Session data limits and accounting
- Session data rate limits
- Firewalling, including access limits between clients so viruses can't
propagate on the local network
- Power throttling to limit the signal to the cafe confines as much as
possible
- DHCP server
- Logging (MAC/IP address and time)

If anyone can provide some URLs I'd be most grateful.
