[MLB-WIRELESS] point cook JPL moves on

Im glad to say Ive finally got some good things going at point cook. Node
JPL took a step fwd today and has two radios running.

The first a n asus router with an essid of openwrt atm on a 25 db dish
pointing towards the city in client mode to link with HVC

The second link is a minitar for the time being with an essid of
jpl.wireless.org.au on a 12db superpass omni

We will leave these running for a while as becons for people to stumble and
see if they can reach them
there is still a main server to be setup to link both radios and have a
captive portal built. Ishall keep you all up to date
