[MLB-WIRELESS] ip addresses

Now that the network is starting to have some very useful connections,
I've been playing with a different AP for the scount hall and
I'm going set up the dhcp server to issue real ip addresses.

I'm wondering who allocates ip addresses?
And Is 15 client addresses for node AAA (Hawthorn Scout Hall)?
