[MLB-WIRELESS] 802.11g mixing brands

Ive just gotten a good deal on a netgear AP with SuperG or Turbo mode 
(108Mb) or whatever they call it. ive got 2 PC's with the Dlink variety of 
SuperG cards in them.

Has anyone successfully managed to get 108Mb from a Dlink card onto a 
netgear AP?

is it possible?

Hopefully this will free up my Server to get onto Melb Wireless, moving 
house to a new location with views over the city and out beyond hawthorn 
from richmond.
