[MLB-WIRELESS] Node HVC update

Node HVC is up and live in a much better config.  It turns
out that I may have had the antenna pluged in the wrong
spot last time.  The encryption is now off too so its
ready to talk to anyone that can chat with it.

Its ESSID is hvc.wireless.org.au.

Its one of the last bulk buy wrt54gs and its now hosting a
web page (as well as doing dhcp and snmp).
