[MLB-WIRELESS] OT: anyone used GPS nav software (Navigator - Turn By Turn)?

I know this is off topic a bit but anyways, I'm looking into gps 
navigation in the car (via a laptop). Has anyone used Navigator - Turn 
By Turn? if so, what did you think of it. anyone used anything else?
