Webmins' not a bad interface and ideal for "headless" boxes where you don't 
want to have people log into a shell to configure it.  I believe you could 
possibly get something working for Wi-Fi if you tinkered enough.

Personally, I'm used to bash, but that's not everyone's cup of tea, and web 
browsers are more common out there than SSH clients. :)
