[MLB-WIRELESS] email from Nodedb?

Hello,

Just want to check something.....

I have received an email from nodedb.com asking me to reaffirm my email address.

Now with all this virus stuff floating about via email and systems looking for 
active email accounts I am just a little paranoid about "just repling" to the 
link quoted.

Is this request a normal thing and is at above board?

If so, I will just respond, but wish to be totally sure.
