That's an important point.  (although I think that 8 should be a 9)

Even for a 12m, or possibly even a 9m mast that's still a good price.

Just because people are buying a 15m mast doesn't mean they have to use all
of the lengths.  Personally I'm only using 3 lengths from my mast.
