[MLB-WIRELESS] Quagga in deb packages now

For all those who find

./configure
make
make install

too daunting, or are just too lazy quagga is now available as a deb package
(at least in the testing tree anyway).  so now it's as easy as "apt-get
install quagga"...

(For those don't know quagga is zebra under new management, with some nice
new patches etc.)

let the head scratching begin
