[MLB-WIRELESS] Solar Power AP

I've spoken to a solar/battery tech here at work.  I can get second hand
batteries that still have a good 5 years left in them probably for nothing.
And I've been told that we could probably get enough juice out of a
30-40watt panel.
I just have to bring in a unit for the tech to go and test the load and
stuff of it and he will give me recommendations.
