I am going to cheat.

I have a 2 storey house and as luck has it the linen cupboard is right under 
the roof peak so with around only 2 to 3m of coax I will be keeping the AP(s) 
inside below insulation on the top shelf of the cupboard.

My trouble is attempting to get CAT5 cables down the walls, no cavities!

Looks like I have to break out the lonnngggg drill.
