Thanks to whoever it was that pointed out to the committee that TIB is
currently gone.

literally....

for some unexplained reason, all bar one of the scripts in the tib
folder have dissapeared. We're in the process of looking for any backups
that might exist, but it has to be said that it doesn't look good.

Considering the fact that it was about to under go a minor rewrite
anyway to be incoporated into the new site, it looks like we may just
not worry about it too much as start on a spiffy new version..

If you had a current offer running and need some info about who had
signed up, the database is still perfectly intact, so email me and i'll
pull the data for you.
