[MLB-WIRELESS] xlite fwd

Gudday all

just a question for anyone using xlite fwd.

ive set it up, seems pretty basic set up, but dialing i 
cant get any thing. i tried dialing 612 like they say on 
the fwd web site, but nothing. am i dialing it wrong ???

i just type 

612 and press the green phone and it doesnt connect or yada.

when i start the program it says loggin in and logs on 
successfully so im lost.
