Yeah - agreed. It's the old saying "If you think you can do better, give it
ago". So I've decided to run for president of Melbourne Wireless again... If
unsucessful, then I shall also be trying for a members position on the
committee...
At the time of the last AGM, there wasn't much I thought I could offer MW -
and as a result, on the 2nd tied vote, I withdrew to give some fresh life
into the committee... From where I stand now, I know that I have some things
to offer - and most of them have been made obvious to me by being on the
other side of the fence. I know what it's like being in the committee, and
what it's like being a member.
Now armed with this insight, I think I'm in a good position to make a
difference and make things improve within MW.
