[MLB-WIRELESS] xp wireless woes

Hi,

Im having troubles with xp and wireless...
The card is an enterasys sitting in a ricoh craddle<


I have no "wireless networking" tab in the device properties, and the
"scanning for networks" dialog is empty (see
