[MLB-WIRELESS] OT :samba question

sorry for the ot.

\\VICTORIABITTER\IPC$ wheni trty and connect to my samba server from a windows machine, i get this as resource, and no password will be accepted.

below is my smb.conf.
any ideas ??

[global]
        workgroup = brads
        os level = 20

[matthew]
        comment = Matthews Home Directory
        writeable = yes
        public = yes
        path = /home/matthew
