[MLB-WIRELESS] Melbwirelses DNS and Domain Names

Having global urls doesn't mean that the nodes would be internet 
accessible. It's more that the DNS would be internet accessible, that way 
we could have one dns for all of melbourne wireless and people wouldn't 
need to change their dns when surfing the internet or the melb-wireless 
network. We wouldn't have to worry about people running domain name servers 
or any of that stuff, it cuts down on complexity. You don't have to worry 
about having connectivity to a mw dns if the url-ip address information is 
available by conventional dns.
