How?
If you are referring to the fact that messages received by subscribers have
email addresses listed without obfuscation, then this is by design and is
considered by most to be normal behaviour.
If you are making reference to Majordomo commands, then I present the
following transcript:

To: <tyson at wireless.org.au>
Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2003 12:36 AM
Subject: Majordomo results

It is possible someone has subscribed this list to an external mail service
such as http://www.mail-archive.com/ - as far as I am aware we are not
subscribed to any such service (and I've just spent some time googling to
make sure). Please let me know immediately if this is not the case.
So, having thought of a few possible ways that the "server gives out
everyones email addresses without any trouble @ all", I'm still stumped.
Enlighten/entertain me.
