Hmm, indeed - At the very least, some sort of central NOC would be a
wise idea (I've offered to volunteer to help with/run such a thing
before). If the network grew to a great scale, remotely administrated
nodes for backbones could become important. Even from a DNS point of
view, there'll need to be a top level DNS server somewhere..
