Note that doing this could get you stomped on from a great height by the ACA & 
your ISP.

The work around for that may be to become an APANA member and set your system 
up as an APANA node (i.e. change ISP) and you may then become exempt from the 
ACA's requirements to pay them a lot of money to do what you want to do.

Unfortunately I don't believe that APANA has the money to do broadband though.
