[MLB-WIRELESS] OT: Difference between FCC class A and class B

I was just wondering what the actual differences between FCC Class A and FCC Class B are. 
I'm looking at buying an 8 port switch and most of the ones under $200 are FCC Class B, just wondering whether it is worth spending the extra on an FCC Class A.
