Speaking of MMCX, I have a problem, on that I presume that others have
already met;

1) rgSMA Male crimps to suit RG316

2) some sort of adapter to go between MMCX male and rgSMA female (ie; the
adapter would be MMCX female to rgSMA male)

3) similar, adapters that go from rgSMA female to MMCX male.

Hints anyone?
