[MLB-WIRELESS] OSPF Config Gen

For what it's worth, with the help of Nevyn-fus, I'm building a config
generator for OSPF & Zebra with helpful defaults.

Currently it's sitting on my machine at home:
http://shell.evildruid.net:81/~tenaka/wifi/ospfgen.php

So have a looksee, and if you have comments, please make them constructive.

Oh, I don't care how it looks in other browsers, so long as it shows the
tables and <pre> tags fine.
