ahhhh red tape. Don't you all just love it?
I called the Knox council and the lady in whatever department I called did
not know off the top of her head. She had to go and find out. She got back
to me and it sounded like she was reading it from a document. I'll duck over
there tomorrow and see if I can get my gubby little hands on said piece of
paper and let you all know what it says.
But I guess if no once complains, then no one complains.

I've got a friend who works for some engineering firm that do permits for
antennas masts and other bits and pieces that require council approval.
I'll see if she can give me any info.
...or maybe just a stack of signed blank permits.
