Helium leaks.

Being the smallest molecule in the universe, helium readily migrates 
out through the molecular gaps in just about any balloon envelope, 
and thus your balloon will have a finite time aloft per filling.  You 
might consider adding a hose for remote filling, but helium is 
expensive too.

Not saying don't do it, just these are things to take into consideration.
