[MLB-WIRELESS] Lucent fixes in FreeBSD

Within the last week or so some changes have been made to if_wi.c which
apparently eliminate some pesky and long-standing errors running Lucent
cards in  FreeBSD - including the dreaded wi0: timeout in wi_cmd issue which
I've experienced with Enterasys 6.06 and Orinoco Gold cards.

Have yet to test.
