[MLB-WIRELESS] Orinoco transmit power

The spec says that the transmit power should be 30mW or 15dB. Does anyone
know how much of this actually gets out of the pigtail. I am doing a 2.5km
link and the signal levels I am seeing are much lower than I would expect
from calculations of the free space and cable losses.

I suspect that when you plug in the pigtail the internal antenna is not
disconnected and nothing like 30mW is getting out to the external antenna.

Anyone have any hard figures or know what is going on?
