What is an IP Block? Is it a range of IP addresses that the
node can use? Yes that's right. What is the /28 part of the address?
The /28 denotes the length of the subnet mask in bits. It effectively
dictates how many IP addresses are in your subnet (network)
for example;
(each number in the subnet mask represents 8 bits)
/24 = Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0 (256 IP addresses)
/25 = Subnet Mask 255.255.255.128 (128 IP addresses)
/26 = Subnet Mask 255.255.255.192 (64 IP addresses)
/27 = Subnet Mask 255.255.255.224 (32 IP addresses)
/28 = Subnet Mask 255.255.255.240 (16 IP addresses)
